1. Before handling large equipment, the route and loading and unloading conditions at both ends shall be investigated in detail to understand the conditions of the transportation route, formulate the transportation scheme, put forward safety measures and formulate handling measures.

2. Before handling large-scale equipment, the subgrade settlement, pavement softness and thawing of frozen soil shall be investigated and measures shall be taken to prevent tilting and overturning during handling; The bridges, culverts and ditches along the way shall be carefully checked and checked, and shall be reinforced if necessary.

3. The gradient of large equipment transportation road shall not be greater than 15 °; If the requirements cannot be met, the consent of the manufacturer must be obtained and safety measures must be taken.

4. If there is a transmission line above the transportation road, a safe distance shall be kept when passing through, otherwise isolation measures must be taken.

5. When large equipment is transported by trailer, stability calculation shall be carried out and measures shall be taken to prevent severe impact or vibration. Sound the horn before starting. The vehicle speed shall not exceed 5km/h-10km/h during loading. A lane opening vehicle and an escort liaison shall be provided during driving.

6. When unloading large equipment from the vehicle, the platform shall be firm and have sufficient width and length. The platform shall not sink unevenly after loading.

7. When setting up the unloading platform, the height difference caused by spring springing and hull floating during unloading shall be considered.

8. When two traction machines with different speeds are used for unloading, measures shall be taken to make the equipment bear uniform force and have the same traction speed. The traction point shall be below the center of gravity of the equipment.

9. The center of gravity of the dragged object should be placed at the center of the carriage. When hauling round objects, sleeper wedges shall be padded; For large objects with small bottom area, measures shall be taken to prevent dumping; Reinforcement measures shall be taken for thin-walled or easily deformed objects.

10. The ground anchor of the hauling pulley group shall be calculated and checked frequently during use. It is strictly prohibited to bind and haul the pulley group on the unstable buildings or operating equipment. When piling, binding and hauling the pulley group, the underground facilities shall be understood and their bearing capacity shall be calculated.
